Your Account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email address secure — signing in works through one-time links and codes sent to it. You must provide accurate information when signing up. Usernames appear on public leaderboards; choose one you are comfortable sharing, and do not use a username that is offensive or impersonates someone else.

Acceptable Use

Don't abuse the service. This includes attempting to cheat on leaderboards or ratings, automating gameplay, probing or disrupting our systems, scraping data, circumventing subscription or promo-code limits, or using Worldly for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Worldly offers an optional paid Premium subscription. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe and are currently available to customers with US billing addresses only.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the Account page via “Manage Subscription”; your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Prices and features may change; we will provide notice of price changes before they apply to you.

Promo Codes

Promo codes grant temporary Premium access. They are single-redemption per account, may expire or have limited uses, have no cash value, and may not be sold or transferred. We may revoke access obtained through misuse of codes.

Ownership

Worldly, including its games, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights other than the personal, non-commercial use of the service.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Worldly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that gameplay data (scores, streaks, ratings) will never be lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using Worldly and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms; if we terminate a paid subscription without cause, we will refund the unused portion of the current period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
